es gibt erste Infos zu den 2009er Ka Sails. Die bekannten Segel wurden weiterentwickelt und das Krank als Leichtwind-Wavesegel zur bestehenden Palette hinzugefügt:

Krank:
- Lightweight feel, easy on off power
- Shorter booms for slick transitions
- Strong yet light overall weight with careful material selection incorporating new graduated XPly, Metal X-Ply
- More accurate seaming techniques using seam molds for smoother sails

Kaos (Wave):
- Focus on improved overall performance, better matching of sail size to mast stiffness and enhanced head dynamics
- Better adapted to soft top masts
- Redesigned batten tensioners give smoother exit flow and symmetrical leach shape
- More accurate seaming techniques using seam molds for smoother sails
- New material selection incorporating new X-Ply, Kevlar X-ply, and Metal-Xply
- Refined finish detailing

Kult (Freeride & Wave):
- Better matching of sail size to mast stiffness
- Refined shape from knowledge gained from 2008 sail testing.
- Redesigned batten tensioners give smoother exit flow and symmetrical leach shape.
- More accurate seaming techniques using seam molds for smoother sail.
- New material selection incorporating new X-Ply, Metal X-Ply
- Refined finish detailing

Koyote (Slalom & Freeride):
- New material selection incorporating new graduated X-Ply, Metalex X-Ply and luff pocket material.
- Subtle adjustments to draft ? enhanced stability without sacrificing easy speed.
- New stiffer carbon tube batten with refined profiles
- New sizes added ? 7.4, 8.2
- Refined finish detailing

Koncept (Slalom & Speed):
- Better matching of sail size to mast stiffness, particularly in the small sizes
- More power in small sizes
- Luff length slightly lengthened to better fit nominated masts
- Closed neoprene mast opening
- Boom height slot modifications
- Redesigned batten tensioners give smoother exit flow and symmetrical leach shape
- More accurate seaming techniques using seam molds for smoother sails
- New size added ? 4.0

Race:
- Further design development and refinement based on 08 feedback from Europe and extensive local testing.
- Wider luff pocket
- Improved, softer sock material.
- Tighter upper leach
- Higher boom slot
- New material selection incorporating new graduated Monofilm, Metal X-Ply and composite Xply luff pocket material

Farben sind meines Wissens nach identisch mit den 2008er Segeln.

Beim Koncept wurde das, 9,0er durch ein 9,5er ersetzt, die Größe ist zwar noch nicht online, lässt sich aber bestellen :)
