ZitatFutura Limited Edition The Starboard Futura is one of the most recognized Freeride boards in the world of windsurfing. For 2009 Starboard have decided to make a Limited Edition range of Futuras. The Limited Edition Futuras will be available from January, however you better get your orders in quick, as only 200 of these boards are going to be made. The Futura Limited Edition comes in a lime green and pearl white colour combination, and has a custom Futura Limited Edition serial number. The Limited Edition comes with a Futura Limited Edition Cap, T - shirt and certificate. As only 200 boards are going to be made there will be a “running serial number” from 001 – 200. The board will be signed by the founder of Starboard Svein Rasmussen and Starboard’s head designer Tiesda You. Board 001 will be flown and delivered directly to the door of the highest bidder, and along with this board they will receive the Limited Edition cap, T-shirt and certificate. All the money from the auction is going to be donated to our selected charities: The Ellen MacArthur Trust and Surfers Healing. As a brand, Starboard recognize and support the very hard and dedicated work of charity organisations, which is why all the money raised from the auction, and 50 Euros of each Limited Edition board sale will be donated to the selected charities.
